Cute vintage bar cart with statement wheels. Pretty clean with some minor surface rusting. Would come off with some steel wool or a Brillo pad if you scrub very gently. Would take some patience to get it completely polished again. Glass has some minor chips where it appears to have bumped into the frame over the years. No cracks.
