Leather appears undamaged. Cushions are a little worn from years of use, but are still comfortable. No crunching, or weird textures on the cushions. Finish on the frame is in overall good condition, but does show some minor fading and a few dings where it looks like someone was a little too aggressive with a vacuum cleaner.
